SoCoDistrict.com is run by two South Austinites, in South Austin. SoCoDistrict.com was founded by Vic Hidalgo as a site dedicated to all things South Congress. He is often found at First Thursdays, having a coffee at Jo's, or strolling the avenue taking photos. Shanna Howard, a Web developer and journalist, joined up with Vic in Spring of 2007 to re-vamp the site. Her portfolio can be seen at ShannaHoward.com, and she is available for freelance Web and communications projects.
